6:30pm- Fitness Yoga (1 hour) 

Wednesday:
10:00am- Yoga/Pilates/Barre (1 hour) 
5:30pm- 6 Pack (Core) (½ hour) 

Thursday:
6:00pm- Bootcamp (1 hour) 

Friday: No Classes 

Saturday
8:30am- Circuit Saturday (1 hour) 
9:30am- Yoga (¾ hour) 
10:30am- Kids Yoga (½ hour)

Kids Yoga (3-12)  Saturdays 10:30-11am

Kids Yoga allows kids to take a break from the stresses of everyday life and teaches them the tools of stress management and relaxation. It is never too early to introduce your children to the joys and rewards of yoga. Kids Yoga blends yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation with fun games. Children who do yoga build strength and flexibility, improve coordination and focus, and learn cooperation and friendship.

Fit Kids Class (3-12) Tuesdays 5-5:30pm

Set your kids up for a lifelong attraction to health and fitness, our classes are complementary and included within your membership. Designed for ages 3 to 12 years old, we focus on fun games, activities, and exercises that help develop coordination, balance, and strength. Our classes really get the kids engaged and inspire them to live a healthy, active lifestyle.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a high intensity fitness class that will build strength, and burn fat through different intervals of exercises.

Body Weight Training

A half hour of fun, energetic, body toning.

R.I.P.P.E.D.™ 

The total body "plateau proof fitness formula" workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet components of R.I.P.P.E.D. to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective.

Circuit

The tighten and tone class focuses on the whole body using weights, bars, and bands to tighten and tone the entire body. 


Yoga

Yoga blends balance, strength, flexibility and power into a fitness format.
